Thank you for shopping at Newlo Home! We offer free shipping on all orders to the United States.
Shipping Area
We ship to the United States mainland, including the 48 contiguous states and District of Columbia (Washington D.C.).
We do not ship to:
- Hawaii
- Alaska
- U.S. Territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.)
- APO / FPO / DPO military addresses
If your shipping address is outside the supported areas, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund.
Free Shipping
All orders to the supported U.S. mainland addresses qualify for free standard shipping. No minimum order amount is required.
Order Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. During peak seasons or high volume periods, processing time may take up to 5 business days.
Estimated Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders are expected to arrive within 5–10 business days to mainland U.S. addresses (including Washington D.C.).

- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Taxes & Duties
- All prices shown on the website are exclusive of sales tax.
- Sales tax (if applicable) will be automatically calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address in the United States.
- Any import duties, customs fees, or additional taxes imposed by U.S. customs are the customer’s responsibility.
- For orders around $55 or below, most customers do not encounter significant duties, but this can vary. We recommend checking with your local tax authority if you have concerns.
Tracking Your Order
A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can track your package through UPS, FedEx, or USPS.
