You may return or exchange most items within 30 days of receiving your order.
Free Returns & Exchanges
- All returns and exchanges are free (including return shipping) for customers in the contiguous United States and Washington D.C.
- We do not charge any restocking fees.
Two Types of Returns
1. Returns due to Product or Seller Issues (Defective, Damaged, Wrong Item, etc.)
- If the product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will cover everything.
- Full refund or free replacement/exchange will be issued.
- No return shipping cost to you.
2. Returns due to Customer’s Change of Mind (Size, Color, Style, etc.)
- You may return the item for any reason.
- Free return shipping label will be provided.
- Full refund will be issued once we receive and inspect the returned item.
Return Process (Step-by-Step)
- Contact Us First Please email us at service@newlohome.com within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and reason for return.
- Receive Return Instructions Our customer service team will provide you with a return address and a free return shipping label (if applicable).

Prepare Your Return
- Item must be in original, unused condition with tags attached.
- Include all original packaging and accessories.
- Use the provided free shipping label.
- Ship the Item Drop off your package at any UPS, FedEx, or USPS location using the prepaid label.
- Refund Processing Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund.
Refund Timeline
We process refunds within 3–5 business days after receiving and approving your return.
Please note: The time it takes for the refund to actually appear in your account may vary depending on your original payment method:
- PayPal: Usually credited within 1–3 business days after processing.
- Credit / Debit Card: Usually appears on your statement within 3–7 business days after processing (depending on your bank).
- Other payment methods may have different processing times.
Exchange Process
If you prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please let us know when contacting customer service. We will send the new item after we receive your returned item (subject to stock availability).
Important Conditions
- Items must be returned in new, unused condition with original tags and packaging.
- We reserve the right to deny returns that show signs of use, washing, or damage caused by the customer.
- Personalized or custom orders may not be eligible for return (if applicable).
- Return shipping label must be used; we are not responsible for packages sent without our approval.
